Any reasons that are beyond control like Natural calamity, weather conditions, road block, vvip interference, political manifestation etc for changing the itinerary or Deyor reserves the right to rearrange.

In the category that travellers book we arrange a standard room in the category , by default. A traveller prefers an upper category room or a suite in case they are requested to inform before booking the package.

In baggage there are restrictions as per North East guidelines. In the carrier vehicles are not allowed to carry luggage. Each person carries a maximum of one piece of luggage. In case of more luggage kindly inform the operator prior.

Double Decker Root Bridge is accessible only through Nongriat Trek which is one-way for more than 3000 steps. Difficult in the rain and it is a steep trek which gets slippery . To do this trek is not recommended for children younger than 10 years and adults older than 50 years.

A fixed time window between pick up and drop. Due to personal delay or unforeseen circumstances including fight reschedules will incur an extra cost and has to be communicated at the earliest. Due to delayed flight/train/bus non-refundable sightseeing missed.

To provide an accommodation out of the accommodation list shared with the guest Deyor may do their best however a by the traveller *similar hotel in the category booked extenuating circumstances to various reasons like an accident at a hotel or intervention of local authorities & like unavailability, Maintenance, Security,feedback from multiple guests, & bad weather, Political/social disturbances, roadblocks, VVIP movements & state transport rule prohibition may also be assign. .

Kaziranga National Park offers in 4 zones elephant and jeep safari. By the traveller before booking, safari tickets will be booked in any available zone unless specified. These tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, post booking.
